Sunday, April 27th, sign up sheets will be available on Friday, March 21st. All completed sheets must be accompanied by the payment - either cash or cheque made out to L.S.G.A. Cut off to register and pay is April 15th.
Remembrance Day Contests
On March 13th, our Senior Contest Winners were recognized at our General Meeting. On March 11th, members of our Executive Committee attended the Delta School Board meeting to recognize our Junior Winners in the Remembrance Day Contests. The following was posted on the School District website.

Deltassist provides a Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP). This program is operated in conjunction with the Revenue Canada Agency (CRA). Its intent is to provide lower income individuals with FREE tax filing by preparers with tax experience to ensure they receive any benefits or refunds they are entitled to.

South Delta Meals on Wheels
South Delta Meals on Wheels is a non-profit charity that delivers fresh meals to your residence Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The cost is $8.50 per meal. Their drivers often provide social contact for persons who may live alone. They provide service to Ladner and Tsawwassen. The food is made by Kin Village kitchen. Please contact Deltassist to inquire how you might receive their services. Their number is 604-946-9526.
The Legion Veteran Welcome Program
Supporting Canadian Veterans with a FREE one-year Legion Membership. Currently serving or retired CAF and RCMP members who have not yet joined are eligible to receive their free first year of membership with the Legion.
